This individual completed the 4 Week Congo Strength Program by Coach B Patel in the Lion Strength Series. The Congo is a type of Lion from Africa. Lions are fierce and ferocious and so is this program. This program is a high intensity full body strength training program along with conditioning. The emphasis is on full body strength training movements geared towards maximizing a hormonal response to create a stimulus for hypertrophy. Each day starts with a joint specific prep exercise with higher volume to prepare the body to move more efficiently during the main portion of the session. The program has 4 strength training days along with 2 conditioning days. This is an OG level (advanced) program designed for those with greater than 3 years of training experience.
