Each funding round, the Rocket Pool Grants and Management Committee actively seeks feedback from the community regarding the current pool of applications. Community input plays a pivotal role in influencing the committee's decisions. On August 18, 2023, mambosan.eth, an active member of the active Rocket Pool community, was forced to evacuate his home due to raging wildfires. In a remarkable display of unity, the Rocket Pool community swiftly mobilized to orchestrate a POAP checkout donation event, channeling the proceeds directly to support mambosan.eth during this trying period.
