Dr. Harald Neidhardt, a scientist in geoecology at the University of Tübingen, gives an insight into the work of the Futur/io institute in his keynote speech. His mission is to help organizations and a network of chief sustainability officers to develop their sustainable roadmaps by 2030. Using vivid examples and ideas for a new era of regenerative shaping of the future, he inspires others to replace linear thinking with moonshot thinking. He also calls for a different kind of transformation to achieve decisive changes in organizational development before the end of 2030 – through inspiration, ideas, and innovation. One of Harald Neidhardt’s passions is expressing natural processes as metaphors and conveying a sense of time and the future.
