Φυλή - 𝑝ℎ𝑦𝑙𝑒 Phyle is an ancient greek term for 𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒆 or 𝒄𝒍𝒂𝒏 ✦ derived from the word φύεσθαι ➝ 𝑡𝑜 𝑑𝑒𝑠𝑐𝑒𝑛𝑑, 𝑡𝑜 𝑜𝑟𝑖𝑔𝑖𝑛𝑎𝑡𝑒. Members of the same phyle were known as symplyletai, literally, 𝑓𝑒𝑙𝑙𝑜𝑤 𝑡𝑟𝑖𝑏𝑒𝑠𝑚𝑒𝑛.
