It’s been a turbulent week for crypto, with RPL and other altcoins continuing to struggle as the token price hovers near $5. After many years of progress and a lengthy approval process, Spot Ethereum Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) opened for trading on July 23, 2024. The SEC approved eight ETFs, including the Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust (ETH), Franklin Ethereum ETF (EZET), VanEck Ethereum ETF (ETHV), Bitwise Ethereum ETF (ETHW), 21Shares Core Ethereum ETF (CETH), Fidelity Ethereum Fund (FETH), BlackRock's (BLK) iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHA) and the Invesco Galaxy Ethereum ETF (QETH). Funds raised from this POAP will go to Aestus. The Aestus MEV-Boost Relay is a neutral, non-censoring relay, which emerged from conversations between members of the EthFinance and EthStaker communities who see the need to develop credibly neutral architecture for the Ethereum staking ecosystem. In the afternoon of January 9th of 2024, the SEC thought we weren't having enough fun so they tendered us an unbelievable series of events that made life feel like science fiction. Sergito.eth paged Arsonic.eth in the cryptopunks Telegram to make a POAP to celebrate and here we are :) This POAP will be an open edition available to mint for a couple days, and one lucky collector will be awarded a Sgt Pepe masterpiece, created by Arsonic in Late 2022.

On January 10, 2024, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), led by Gary Gensler, granted approval for spot Bitcoin ETF applications from multiple providers. On July 17, 2023, a significant event took place within the Rocket Pool community as their Discord server was compromised. During this incident, a fraudulent airdrop was shared, leading to the banning of esteemed members from the server. However, in the face of adversity, the resilient Rocket Pool community united on a secondary server to confront and rectify the situation.

As June unfolded, Rocket Pool node operators embarked on a determined mission to bolster the security and resilience of the Ethereum network. Fueled by a shared vision, they steered away from Geth, braving the challenges to embrace alternative solutions that would fortify the network's health and safeguard its future.
