Thank you for joining our 3rd episode where we learned the basics of Macronutrients. The 3 main types being Fats, Proteins, and Carbohydrates. We also learned how to read food labels and found that 1 gram of protein and carbohydrates = 4 Calories and that 1 gram of fat = 9 calories.
