During this week’s Community Hour, we showcased a working prototype of MetaMask integration on Linera—following up on our Developer Workshop earlier in the week. This marks a major step in making our hyper-modular architecture more accessible to everyday Web3 users. This POAP commemorates Linera’s Testnet Babbage launch—the second major milestone in our testnet rollout. Building on the success of Archimedes, Babbage introduces powerful upgrades including a trustless web client, configurable PoW microchains, and Ethereum-compatible signatures, pushing Linera closer to its vision of real-time, user-centric blockchain infrastructure. During our April 17th AMA, Linera founder Mathieu Baudet was joined by key validator partners to discuss the technical advances in SDK v0.14, the role of AI-integrated oracles, and our evolving roadmap. Attendees got a firsthand look at the future of scalable microchain apps and Linera’s bold steps toward mainnet.
