The first use of this POAP will be to vote on an art style for a non-transferrable NFT which will be issued to node operators. A POAP for node operators that contributed to the Rocketpool logo on the Graffiti Wall by placing at least 1 pixel. The Ethereum Mainnet merged with the Beacon Chain proof-of-stake network on September 15, 2022. This marks the end of proof-of-work for Ethereum and a full transition to proof-of-stake. This historic upgrade is projected to reduce the Ethereum network's energy consumption by over 99% and sets the stage for future upgrades to further scale the Ethereum network.
