PROPOSAL SUMMARY: Currently only permanently banned users are removed from the karma portion of donut distributions. This proposal seeks to address this by formalizing the process for removing banned users from earning donuts during the distribution period(s) in which they are banned.

This custom POAP will de delivered by Snapshot to those who participate in DAO governance by voting! PROPOSAL SUMMARY: This proposal addresses the increased amount of post spamming on r/Ethtrader by proposing a fee to post for users who are registered to receive Donut distributions. This fee would disincentivize spammers by causing them to sacrifice a large portion of any rewards they earn without putting undue burden on normal and productive sub members.
