Community driven governance call

OptiMarket will launch with a low marketplace fee of 1.5%, with 1/3rd of the marketplace fees collected put aside for public goods funding. Additionally, for any collections that have royalty fees, creators have the option to donate a portion of or all of the fees to public goods! This is just the beginning of our beautiful journey and we couldn't be more proud to have the Optimism community by our side.
