The Bayer Pharmaceuticals headquarters in Berlin, with over 6,000 colleagues working in all functions across the pharmaceutical industry, has some spaces dedicated to support large project teams. The conference floor of the S110 building is one of them. If you received this POAP, you were there in 2022.

Awake the Potential of your Data. This POAP will be offered to the participants at the Pitch Kickoff of the Bayer BayHack Hackathon 2022. Colleagues will be pitching ideas to support real business problems and digital transformation. We will bring together scientists and experts from diverse domains (e.g., lab, field, IT, data engineers) to reach a common goal by building a semantically-based prototype/concept fostering digital transformation in R&D. It is not about purely coding/development, but exploratory discussions, road mapping, conceptualization, towards innovation and digital transformation. Over the years, state-of-the-art technologies explored during the previous BayHack Hackathons have been adopted at Bayer, we expect the same this time.
