Now you know about the set up of an NNOC office! Around 300 colleagues from the areas of Global Marketing, Region EMEA, Medical Affairs, Procurement Marketing and their business partners are now working in the newly designed offices on the 7th floor of S101/102. By the end of January, more colleagues from the R&D and Oncology departments will move into the Next Normal Office Concept (NNOC) office space on the 5th floor of the main building. The NNOC pilot project includes around 800 pilot participants. In addition to the NNOC pilot project in Berlin, there are other NNOC pilot projects in Leverkusen, Monheim, Barcelona, Budapest and Basel, among others. Mal statt und auch dieses Mal möchtet das Berliner Cluster Gesundheitswirschaft und das Cluster IKT, Medien und Kreativwirtschaft, den Austausch zu innovativen Ansätzen im Bereich Health-IT weiter fördern. Alle Teilnehmenden können sich einbringen und Themen zur Diskussion stellen – ob vorbereitet oder spontan – und erhalten so Feedback, Einschätzungen und Impulse. Themen oder Fragestellungen, die auf das größte Interesse stoßen kommen auf die Agenda. Die Veranstaltung wird von der Techniker Krankenkasse (TK) und Bayer gesponsort. All participants can get involved and put topics up for discussion - whether prepared or spontaneously - and thus receive feedback, assessments, and impulses. Awake the Potential of your Data. This POAP will be offered to the participants at the Pitch Kickoff of the Bayer BayHack Hackathon 2022. Colleagues will be pitching ideas to support real business problems and digital transformation. We will bring together scientists and experts from diverse domains (e.g., lab, field, IT, data engineers) to reach a common goal by building a semantically-based prototype/concept fostering digital transformation in R&D. It is not about purely coding/development, but exploratory discussions, road mapping, conceptualization, towards innovation and digital transformation. Over the years, state-of-the-art technologies explored during the previous BayHack Hackathons have been adopted at Bayer, we expect the same this time.
