One of the main goals of the EthStaker community is to lower the technical barrier of entry into the world of solo staking on the Ethereum network. One of the ways we do this is by hosting workshop events to provide step-by-step instructions on how to get your validator up and running. The EthStaker crew has teamed up with [Rocket Pool](https://www.rocketpool.net/) who have agreed to co-host a livestream workshop wherein Joe Clapis (rocket pool senior blockchain engineer) will literally by going step-by-step building a new Raspberry Pi machine from the box to a fully functional validator using the Rocket Pool platform.
