This week’s Community Hour POAP was again claimable live via secret word! We shared updates on the Games on Microchains builder challenge, other active game tournaments, and the latest meme challenge. We also celebrated major momentum from our Drops campaign, including an all-time high in Twitter followers (+46K!) and over 152,000 submissions. We’re back with a fresh POAP drop for Community Hour—now using the secret-word method! Attendees had to tune in live and catch the passphrase to mint. This week, we talked about our upcoming weekly Developer Workshop on Tuesdays, the ongoing Games on Microchains builder challenge, our community game tournaments, and the latest meme challenge. Thanks for joining our Community Hour on October 24th, 2024! This POAP commemorates a special session featuring Mathieu Baudet (Linera’s Founder) and Stephen Hilton (Head of Solutions and Chief of Staff at Space and Time), along with Mike from Space and Time. Together, we discussed the exciting new partnership between Linera and Space and Time, bringing real-time, trustless data querying to Web3. It was great to have community members from both projects participate in this important milestone for decentralized infrastructure!

The address which minted this POAP participated in the KZG Summoning Ceremony: a publicly coordinated ritual to produce a random output. This output will be used in Proto-Danksharding, aka EIP 4844: an Ethereum scaling mechanism which will hopefully enable lower Layer 2 fees and greater global accessibility. EIP-4844 is expected to go live with the Dencun network upgrade in the near future. As of the time of writing, this ceremony was the largest setup of this kind when considering the number of contributions.

Six years ago in a galaxy far, far away, ENS was launched. Holders of this POAP have an avatar and their primary name set on an ENS name at the time of the 6th anniversary of the Ethereum Name Service.
