A POAP given out to all holders of Rocket Pool's token, as we hit 13k total holders

This POAP will be issued to anyone who was operating their own Ethereum staking node, either as a solo staker or as a Rocket Pool node operator, as of the time of the merge. The first use of this POAP will be to vote on an art style for a non-transferrable NFT which will be issued to node operators. The final beta is over. Audits are still in full swing. The ETH/RPL ratio is getting rekt. And a mainnet release date can only be speculated upon. After months and months of planning, Berlin is finally here! The upgrade, which follows the Istanbul and Muir Glacier upgrades, is scheduled to go live on the Ethereum mainnet at block 12 244 000. We expect this to happen around Wednesday, April 14, 2021, but because of block time variability, the exact date may change.
