On March 13th 2022, GoBeAwesome hosted a Melon Minds keynote on all things endurance running! GoBeAwesome has been an endurance runner since 2015 with several ultras completed and two 100-mile race finishes. GoBeAwesome shares his journey from never believing he would be a runner to completing two 100-mile races. GoBeAwesome also talks about the lessons he has learned and offers insights for beginners to start their endurance running journey. Roman hosted a Melon Minds keynote on Feb 26, 2022 in the Impact Theory Discord! After a challenging relationship ended and a move across the country alone, Roman jumped off the deep-end into his growth and self-awareness journey, which lead him to focus and share his story online and help others. In additional to this, he spent time studying and practicing strategies to navigate his debt and lack of savings, to help recover from his financial mistakes. He’s transformed those mistakes that sat at a crippling amount of credit card debt (at 25 years old), to being able to pay off almost 80% of that debt and increase his savings by over $10,000 today. He also has recently started his own marketing and consulting business where he helps businesses learn and navigate the social media world as well as connect more deeply with their customers.

GeGe hosted a melon minds keynote on the most important relationship that you will have ... your relationship with yourself. She talks about loving yourself and standing up for yourself. She talks about her experience growing up in Romania and what her parents wanted for her and what she wanted for herself and more! Tort gave a Melon Minds keynote on February 5th, 2022 on training, diet, recovery and mindset and how they play a crucial role in developing strength. He provided information aimed at helping beginner and intermediate lifters 'level-up' and become more efficient in their weight-lifting careers. Tort touched on how often to train, how to train, how to fuel your body correctly, how to recovery efficiently and also provided additional resources to high-quality YouTube channels focused on weight-lifting. Michal Šísl shared his knowledge about experiences with biohacking through the lens of sleep and routines. Michal shared what to do and what not to do to help optimize your sleeping for a better nights sleep. He explained the effects that light, temperature, food, and supplements can have on your sleep in addition to how to set up a morning and nightly routine for success. Following the keynote, Michal answered questions from the audience and went into further details about sleep and the body. Michal also provided an outline to his keynote that includes additional resources on each of the topics he spoke about. Date: 01/22/22 Jon LeVeille gave a Melon Minds keynote on investing in trends. Jon spoke about his personal experience identifying macro and micro trends. He shared the lessons he learned while investing in early 2020 as covid-19 was turning into a pandemic and how the markets reacted. In addition, he spoke about how to identify, analyze and capitalize on trends in real time. Following his keynote, Jon took questions from the community and was able offer his insights and lessons learned. Finally, Jon shared an outline which covers the basics of his keynote and the lessons he learned. Date: 01/22/22 Ono Northey gave a Melon Minds keynote on how to find your purpose and what to do if you lose your purpose. Ono shared his experience with having his purpose taken from him on two different occasions and how he was able to get back on his feet and move forward. He detailed what it felt like, how he reacted, what he learned and how he was able to pick himself up and move forward. After his keynote, Ono was able to continue helping others by taking questions and offering his advise.
