I met Google in Bangkok at Devcon 2024.

Devcon is the Ethereum conference for developers, thinkers, and makers. Devcon's mission is to bring decentralized protocols, tools, and culture to the people and make Ethereum more accessible around the world. Devcon is a four-day event, all in one big venue. You'll meet everyone in that one place. Devcon Week will span the entire week of November 9-17, with events before and after Devcon, organized by the local and global Ethereum community.

After many years of progress and a lengthy approval process, Spot Ethereum Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) opened for trading on July 23, 2024. The SEC approved eight ETFs, including the Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust (ETH), Franklin Ethereum ETF (EZET), VanEck Ethereum ETF (ETHV), Bitwise Ethereum ETF (ETHW), 21Shares Core Ethereum ETF (CETH), Fidelity Ethereum Fund (FETH), BlackRock's (BLK) iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHA) and the Invesco Galaxy Ethereum ETF (QETH). Funds raised from this POAP will go to Aestus. The Aestus MEV-Boost Relay is a neutral, non-censoring relay, which emerged from conversations between members of the EthFinance and EthStaker communities who see the need to develop credibly neutral architecture for the Ethereum staking ecosystem. Ether first crossed $4,000 in October 2021, at the time it was near the end of a wild bull run. Today we passed $4k for the second time, nearly 30 months later, with a totally new perspective: this feels more like the beginning of a new bull cycle than the end of one.
