On July 24 at 4 pm UTC, DappCraft Agency will host a reconstruction of the first Moon Landing — Apollo 11 in the Decentraland Metaverse. At the event, there will be the announcement of a collection of unique wearables featuring the Apollo 11 mission patch, designed in collaboration with Nicholas Graham award-winning fashion designer & Banquet Metaverse Studio. Today we live in a world full of innovation, this is something Apollo 11 is largely responsible for. Particularly, for the fact that the Apollo crew proved that anything is possible, thereby inspiring generations of dreamers around the world. 52 years later, we want to show how it happened, but this time in the Metaverse. Metaverse studio Banquet builds teams of best-in-class creators from different disciplines and connects them to collaborate on unique and culturally impactful projects... This time, Banquet combined designs and concepts of a cult innovative fashion designer Nicholas Graham with the production and transfer of his vision into Decentraland by one of their main agencies within the Metaverse — DappCraft. This dynamic team is spread over several continents, but all the team members are united by a common goal — a detailed interpretation of the spirit of one of the greatest events in human history to the metaverse. We want this launch to be remembered as the beginning of a new era. An era of limitless possibilities for the realization of dreams in the crypto universes. Our main goal is to enable new generations to open up boundless horizons for imagination. We hope this event will be an important cut-off for those not ready to put up with borders and barriers. Then we painted it on the side of the London transport system while dodging laser tripwires, razor-sharp fences, Spit, Police & the mighty electric rails Then came the 90s & we were exploring high-rise London tower blocks to set up our pirate radio stations 🔊 to broadcast our music over London while 1000s of happy people were raving in dark sweaty clubs & muddy fields to REAL DJs with boxes of 12" vinyl Now we are here in Decentraland and we bringing our street art & music royalty to the mighty Metaverse Kingdom urban colorful artworks will be blasted over the virtual walls by many world renowned underground street artists who have been in the game since the early 80s & are now ready for the blockchain limelight. The Museum of Crypto Art (M○C△) is a museum that lives in the metaverse and exhibits art across digital platforms and worlds. It is a foundation, governance vehicle, and incubator working with artists to define crypto art, preserve its legacy, and pioneer democratic curation. M○C△'s Sculpture Garden in Decentraland features a unique collection of 3D objects in a surrealist context. The exhibit highlights Hackatao's Leonardo Da Vinci-inspired sculpture, employing the same stylistic goals of this work: modernizing genius from the Italian Renaissance in a digital context. The Sculpture Garden plays with texture, light, and color to create anticipation and lead viewers through a gamified artistic experience. M○C△ will exhibit Hackatao's 'Hack of a Bear' created in collaboration with Christie's from July 11th in Decentraland. Inspired by Renaissance architecture, the Decentraland build consists of a tall hedge maze which will also serve as a sculpture garden for the 9 works listed below. At the center of the maze will lie a lone building which will house Hackatao’s Da Vinci inspired sculpture 'Hack of a Bear' created in collaboration with Christie’s.
