The EP takes the listener on a journey through denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and, finally, acceptance. ‘Oh, Honey’ is about that beautiful final stage. It is one that feels impossible at the start and only comes with a great deal of hard work and self-discovery. Ashley Strongarm is an independent music artist residing in Brooklyn. Her EP ‘For Ghosts’ pulls inspiration from traditional folk, southern rock, and indie surf to create a sound that reflects her southern roots and current journey as a young artist in New York.
