On Wednesday, August 17th @ 4:00PM UTC the EthStaker crew will be joined by members of the Swell team. We'll learn more about Swell's permissionless, non-custodial, and liquid staking options - In addition to understanding more about who the team who supports swell, their mission, and what they're planning for in the future in a post-merge world. As always we'll be distributing an official EthStaker Community Call POAP for those who attend the livestream, for those who can't attend the live event, the recording will be published on the EthStaker YouTube channel.

The Ropsten Testnet successfully merged the Execution and Consensus clients on June 8, 2022. This initial public testnet merge is an important technical milestone for the Ethereum network that paves the way for other testnets and the Mainnet merge. Holders of this POAP showed their support of the Ethereum protocol by sending 1 dollar of value to Protocol Guild within the specified time ranges on the day of the testnet merge. The cumulative amount raised is over $11,000, which will be disbursed directly to the Ethereum Core Developers.
