This POAP rewards the community members who ever participated in the voting for the first Election of Rivermen Council, who are the driving force of this historic first step towards the Rivermen Community Autonomy Program.

This is a simple POAP for the Kaskade concert on New Year's Eve 2021/2022 at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco. If you're in attendance, listen for the "secret word" that Kaskade shares at the concert.
