☂️ The Umbrella Proposal - Fostering an all-weather DAO The proposal aims to raise awareness and define our communication, error, and conflict culture and measures to strengthen it. In the first open discussion round, we will discuss feedback, hear opinions & ideas, and discuss proposal realization.

We will be introducing the Bounty Board to the AN DAO. DAOs are fundamentally based on transparency, decentralised tasks based allotment and ease of coordination. Hence, this process will help us select the right candidate while retaining talent for the long run. For season 0, we must keep the process a little flexible as we are experimenting. However, from Season 1 onwards we can identify guild/project leads who can contribute to the bounty allocation process. A typical season for DAOs lasts three months.

The Trusted Seed Commons Stack POAP can only be claimed by the Trusted Seed Members. This POAP represents the role awarded once you activate your membership. Holding a Trusted Seed Commons Stack POAP means that you are part of the Trusted Seed community therefore able to participate in decision making in the Commons Stack, and be invited to join in the community launch of various Commons efforts.
