The address which minted this POAP participated in the KZG Summoning Ceremony: a publicly coordinated ritual to produce a random output. This output will be used in Proto-Danksharding, aka EIP 4844: an Ethereum scaling mechanism which will hopefully enable lower Layer 2 fees and greater global accessibility. EIP-4844 is expected to go live with the Dencun network upgrade in the near future. As of the time of writing, this ceremony was the largest setup of this kind when considering the number of contributions.

ETHAmsterdam will host a DeSci Day on April 20th, 2022 at the BOOM Theatre. The event will include talks, panels, pitches and demos from projects and leaders in the DeSci space, along with social events in the evening. A panel discussion at Schelling Point will address the link between Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs), social impact, and scientific innovation. In Phase I, we Assembled Rockets. In Phase II, our Rockets will rendezvous with the Mothership, travel to Mars, mine the surface, extract its resources, and return to Earth laden with Mars Rock NFTs. Phase II started with minting Mothership Ticket NFTs, your pass to join the Mothership, and mine the Martian surface. This token commemorates our VAB Headquarters launch.
