This POAP is a token that recognizes your active engagement for Zach NFT's first NFT drop. This drop is taking place concurrently with the Exhibition "Everything Will Be Okay" By Ernest Zacharevic. It is his most recent and most ambitious studio project to date. Artwork that Ernest started in 2015 will go on display in public for the first time ever as an interactive installation measuring 16 x 4 meters.

This commemorates the APEDAO and its members. Started by @kyloren_nft when he fractionalized 49 Bored Apes and a female CryptoPunk into 1,000,000 $APED tokens on Niftex on 3rd June 2021 at a 140ETH valuation. The DAO went on to acquire another 32 Bored Apes and many other valuable NFTs. On February 3rd 2022, the DAO voted to liquidate its assets and did so over the next several weeks. By the time liquidation completed, the total value of all assets held by the DAO was over 12,000 ETH.

The Ethereum Mainnet merged with the Beacon Chain proof-of-stake network on September 15, 2022. This marks the end of proof-of-work for Ethereum and a full transition to proof-of-stake. This historic upgrade is projected to reduce the Ethereum network's energy consumption by over 99% and sets the stage for future upgrades to further scale the Ethereum network.
