On 3/5/22, Michael Unbroken shared his incredible life story with the Melon Minds community. As a kid, Michael experienced trauma which had a negative influence on his mental health and his self-confidence. For many years, those traumatic experiences negatively influenced his life until he made the decision to move past it and become unbroken. Michael was not only able to break the chains of trauma but also use those experiences to help others do the same. Years of hard work and conscious decisions to be better led Michael to become a speaker, entrepreneur, podcaster, and author. He now runs his Think Unbroken where he is dedicated to help childhood trauma victims get unstuck, love themselves and heal.
