This week’s Community Hour was hosted by our community mods Josiah and Myz Julz (Danny’s on vacation!), featuring all the usual fun—meme challenge, game tournaments, and community updates. We also shared an exciting preview of our upcoming presence at FWB FEST (Aug 1–3 in Idyllwild, CA), and encouraged folks to meet the team IRL for special on-site POAPs. ⛓️
This week marks 1 full year of Linera Community Hours! 🎉 To celebrate, we’re issuing 1,000 POAPs—double the usual supply—as a thank-you to everyone who’s helped grow this community. We reflected on how far we’ve come, from early calls to showcasing games, memes, quests, and more—all powered by Linera’s hyper-modular architecture. Here’s to what’s next. ⛓️
We kicked off our first POAP drop of 2025 during today’s Community Hour call! Danny Greene, our usual host, joined us to discuss the latest questing campaign with Galxe, which launched today. We covered the usual POAP raffle and claim process, along with our “Better, Faster, Linera” meme challenge—announcing winners and sharing all the creative submissions. We also reminded everyone about our internet tournaments and game nights. Since it’s the new year and we’re welcoming many new faces from the Galxe quest, we went over the basics of Linera, shared insights about our founder Mathieu Baudet, and encouraged everyone to join the quest (especially the one focused on learning about Linera). We emphasized how early everyone still is—our mainnet hasn’t even launched yet!
Thank you for joining Linera’s final Community Hour call of the year! This special holiday-themed session featured our founder Mathieu, our incredible moderators, and enthusiastic community members, alongside our host Danny. We celebrated 2024’s milestones, reviewed entries from the holiday-themed meme challenge, and held a festive POAP raffle. To cap it off, we teased exciting launches and developments coming in 2025. This POAP design includes a snowflake to commemorate the season and the achievements of the year. Here’s to a fantastic year ahead—thank you for being part of the Linera community! ❄️
Thank you for joining our Community Hour call on Thursday, August 22nd, 2024! This session was a bit different—while we kept the usual fun with memes and community highlights, we also shared details about the upcoming Twitter Space with Argument. Additionally, we introduced new requirements for minting POAPs, including needing a chain role on our Discord, which is based on user activity. See you next time!
This POAP commemorates Linera’s Testnet Archimedes launch—the first phase of our testnet rollout. This significant milestone marked the transformation of our devnet into a fully decentralized network with validators, enhancing both security and scalability. Our founder, Mathieu Baudet, alongside key validator partners from Luganodes, Everstake, Space and Time, and Argument, shared insights into the importance of this phase and its implications for Linera’s future. Attendees had the chance to explore the innovative microchain technology that positions Linera as a groundbreaking force in the onchain space. As a Bronze Chains holder, this POAP reflects your early involvement and engagement with Linera’s journey.
We appreciate your participation in our Community Call on Thursday, July 25th, 2024! Janito Filho, one of our core engineers, provided an in-depth overview of the latest protocol developments and our future direction. Stay tuned for our weekly events by joining us on Discord, where you can engage with the team: discord.gg/linera

Rocket Pool is launching on October 6 and is celebrating with a series of community crossover events. Here Rocket Pool joins up with Zapper, much beloved by the RP community, for a poap + raffle. Hopefully RP and Zapper will be able to team up for more events and who knows what else, in the future?
