This week’s Community Hour was hosted by our community mods Josiah and Myz Julz (Danny’s on vacation!), featuring all the usual fun—meme challenge, game tournaments, and community updates. We also shared an exciting preview of our upcoming presence at FWB FEST (Aug 1–3 in Idyllwild, CA), and encouraged folks to meet the team IRL for special on-site POAPs. ⛓️

This week marks 1 full year of Linera Community Hours! 🎉 To celebrate, we’re issuing 1,000 POAPs—double the usual supply—as a thank-you to everyone who’s helped grow this community. We reflected on how far we’ve come, from early calls to showcasing games, memes, quests, and more—all powered by Linera’s hyper-modular architecture. Here’s to what’s next. ⛓️

We kicked off our first POAP drop of 2025 during today’s Community Hour call! Danny Greene, our usual host, joined us to discuss the latest questing campaign with Galxe, which launched today. We covered the usual POAP raffle and claim process, along with our “Better, Faster, Linera” meme challenge—announcing winners and sharing all the creative submissions. We also reminded everyone about our internet tournaments and game nights. Since it’s the new year and we’re welcoming many new faces from the Galxe quest, we went over the basics of Linera, shared insights about our founder Mathieu Baudet, and encouraged everyone to join the quest (especially the one focused on learning about Linera). We emphasized how early everyone still is—our mainnet hasn’t even launched yet!

This POAP commemorates Linera’s Testnet Archimedes launch—the first phase of our testnet rollout. This significant milestone marked the transformation of our devnet into a fully decentralized network with validators, enhancing both security and scalability. Our founder, Mathieu Baudet, alongside key validator partners from Luganodes, Everstake, Space and Time, and Argument, shared insights into the importance of this phase and its implications for Linera’s future. Attendees had the chance to explore the innovative microchain technology that positions Linera as a groundbreaking force in the onchain space. As a Bronze Chains holder, this POAP reflects your early involvement and engagement with Linera’s journey.

The zkSync Quiz 1 POAP is to reward the participants that receive a 100% on a quiz about zkSync. The POAP claim code will be manually distributed depending on what social username they provide (Twitter, Discord, Telegram).
