In January, 2023, Jasper the Friendly Ghost (jasper_the_friendly_ghost#7591) wrote an extensive analysis of market factors related to popular Liquid Staking Derivatives including Rocket Pool, and the high likelihood that Rocket Pool would become a leader in the market. After being highly regarded by the English speaking community, there was interest in translating the document into Chinese to broaden the reach of these ideas. This POAP will be used to fund the Chinese translation.

The Ethereum Mainnet merged with the Beacon Chain proof-of-stake network on September 15, 2022. This marks the end of proof-of-work for Ethereum and a full transition to proof-of-stake. This historic upgrade is projected to reduce the Ethereum network's energy consumption by over 99% and sets the stage for future upgrades to further scale the Ethereum network.
