Rocket Pool Skeleton Crew
2023-03-03
The rocket pool skeleton crew watched the spaceship disappear into the darkness of space towards ETHDenver. With no pressing responsibilities, they marveled at the emptiness of #trading and delayed responses in #support. They watched as the sun slowly rose over Denver and the discord channels fill with chatter from a far away place. Despite their uncertain fate, they were grateful for the opportunity to experience something so beautiful and otherworldly. Designed by haurog
Rocket Pool - Stader Joins The Fight
2023-02-24
On February 23, 2023, Stader unveiled its white paper on ETHX, a promising staking alternative to Rocket Pool that promises to offer LEB4s. The announcement sparked a lively discussion on the Rocket Pool community Discord, with some members debating whether the platform's forked code gives it a competitive edge in the rapidly-evolving staking landscape. Be Awesome To Mav Day
2023-02-02
Dr. Doofus brings together the Rocket Pool community to express their appreciation for Mav, the talented community liaison. Not only does Mav efficiently handle all matters in the #trading channel, but they are also an expert at doing shooeys. Event assembled by Dr. Doofus. POAP designed by ShfRyn.
This POAP is a celebration of Patricio Worthalter, Patricio is a founder of POAP and a force for positive growth in the Ethereum ecosystem. This POAP is being issued in two versions just for fun: One with POAP colors (developed by @ShfRyn) and one as a painting (developed by @Paikus). Both POAPs will be available on poap checkout with proceeds going to the POAP community fund.
Anthony Sassano has been a long time supporter of the Rocket Pool mission, and he was voted onto the Rocket Pool DAO December 17, 2022 by Superphiz, Butta, Cryotomanufaktur, Bankless, and Rocket Pool. The Rocket Pool community is very excited to have Sassal's experience and leadership on our team! POAP development by Superphiz, POAP art by NimaNourani.
Saved by the Rescue Node
2022-12-06
Since the merge, a fully synced execution client is required to successfully propose an attestation. For that reason, Rocket Pool Node Operators without a fallback node could potentially miss attestations for days while their clients are resyncing, pruning, or not working at all. To prevent this, poupas.eth spent his own time and money to build a rescue node, which could be used by anyone in need for free. This POAP celebrates the selfless act by poupas, and will be distributed to anyone who verifiably used the rescue node, or helped people who did. Special thanks to Patches and [object Object], who helped with maintaining the node and distributing unique access URLs. Art by Arkir.
