Congratulations for getting educated about the power & significance of journaling & scribing with the Roo Crew during our FIRST EVER Scribing Workshop led by Shannon *@anchoredsoultherapy* & Germain *@main_turby*. During this call, Germain and Shannon broke down the various journaling methods that exist (Meditation, Manifestation, Gratitude, Emotional, Healing, & Productivity) and how to use each method in the most effective way. We learned about the importance of daily scribing, the power of manifesting & how to do proper manifestation practices through The Law of Attraction, how to use journaling as a tool for healing within & to uncover who we truly are, utilizing writing letters as a form of emotional healing from losing a loved-one, or conveying emotion to someone you're close to, the use of problem-solving by writing down your problems on paper, getting rid of A.N.T.S (automatic negative thoughts) and so much more!
