Michal shared what to do and what not to do to help optimize your sleeping for a better nights sleep. He explained the effects that light, temperature, food, and supplements can have on your sleep in addition to how to set up a morning and nightly routine for success. Following the keynote, Michal answered questions from the audience and went into further details about sleep and the body.
