The holder of this POAP is part of a groundbreaking study exploring the gut microbiome's role in aging and overall health, organized during the longevity week at Zu-grama, in collaboration with Decode Age and MicrobiomeDAO. The residents of Zu-grama pop-up village volunteered to participate in the study by following a curated diet and engaging in an active lifestyle for 1 to 3 weeks. The anonymized data collected (💩) will fuel wider research about how diet and lifestyle changes can reshape our gut microbiome in real-time.
