We are looking for go-getters who'd like to learn Human Resources, providing mentorship to Alchemists on how they can improve their work or develop soft skills, giving constructive feedback, and receive training from the OGs/The Council. 🚨 Provide constructive feedback to Alchemists submitting work in order to promote growth 🚨 Receive direct training from The Council on different skillsets 🚨 Learn how to conduct a bit of HR (Human Resources) 🚨 Learn how to acquire or improve your Communication skills when approaching people from different regions around the world 🚨 Have the chance to screen future candidates for upcoming Seasons 🚨 Have the chance to be promoted to a Quality Control Manager for showcasing exceptional efforts 🚨 Learn how to pay attention to details and provide mentorship to other Alchemists
