Reno, Nevada's FIRST Group NFT Art Show - July 25th, 2023 - Official ARTOWN Event An educational showcase of digital art on the blockchain featuring over 185 works by 145 local, regional, national, and international artists Digital art has been difficult for artists to sell for decades until it became possible to mint works on the blockchain, commonly known as NFTs - but not the collectibles that most people think of - real fine art, animation, performance art, or motion graphics that were never possible to sell in a gallery on a canvas. Blockchain art has opened up a whole new medium for performance artists, generative artists, process artists, animation artists, and motion graphics designers to be able to express themselves and connect with art collectors.
