WHY IS DE&I IMPORTANT? Bayer is on a journey of continuous improvement to be better as an organization. This means evolving our thinking and the language we use so we can continue to live a culture where everyone is valued and enabled to be the best version of themselves. To align more closely with the external and competitive landscape, we are shifting to more commonly used language when discussing diversity initiatives and specifically calling out an important aspect of our strategy, Equity. Equity has always been part of our I&D strategy. To truly move from a diverse culture to an inclusive culture, you must have equity.
