Gravity is a project that aims to bring people together and promote resilience in decentralized organizations by training its members in non violent communication, understanding of conflicts and techniques to manage it (internally, individually and collectively). Our purpose is to help build a culture of wellbeing and high vibes while also pointing out clear steps to strategically manage disputes whenever they arise.
