August is the 8th month of the year...and we have a THING for 8's! Each week we're running wellness challenges to help you stress LESS and elevate MORE. Week 1 we explored limiting our processed sugar intake for 5 of the 7 days as a practice in mindfulness. Those who participated are eligible to collect the Week 1 POAP! All 4 weeks will offer up a unique POAP to collect; participants who collect all 4 will have their names put in for a special drawing!
