Michal Šísl shared his knowledge about experiences with biohacking through the lens of sleep and routines. Michal shared what to do and what not to do to help optimize your sleeping for a better nights sleep. He explained the effects that light, temperature, food, and supplements can have on your sleep in addition to how to set up a morning and nightly routine for success. Following the keynote, Michal answered questions from the audience and went into further details about sleep and the body. Michal also provided an outline to his keynote that includes additional resources on each of the topics he spoke about.
