Born & raised in Camden, N.J., Munir Griffin is a 24-yr-old saxophonist, rapper, songwriter and producer. Music has been a part of Munir's life since he was five years old, and he’s been inspired by legends and pioneers such as John Coltrane, Michael Jackson, Tupac, and Biggie. Another inspiration is Munir's first cousin, the legendary rapper, Rakim, who inspired him to pursue a career in music.
