Around October 30, 2025, Beaconcha.in data provided by Hildobby, showed that the share of validators on the Ethereum beacon chain operated by Lido had fallen below 22%. 22% is regarded as a critical threshold for entity size, because larger entities represent a centralization and governance risk to the network. We welcome Lido as an aligned actor and we celebrate the robustness of the beacon chain.

In March 2022, Joe Clapis from the Rocket Pool team began work on a Terminal User Interface that provided support for easy client switching during runtime using the graphical interface. While this Terminal UI is still regarded as an alpha product, the value to the community is extremely high as it allows Rocket Pool node operators to continuously contribute to client diversity and help to ensure good client balance on the network. This POAP serves to commemorate this great effort towards decentralisation and to appreciate how Rocket Pool has consistently acted as a public good on the beacon chain.
