Denise Holt, Host of the Spatial Web AI Podcast, will be distributing these POAPs to attendees during her talk and throughout the NFT NYC conference from April 12-14, 2023, including the Speaker Dinner on April 11. Holders of these POAPs will possess an exclusive NFT commemorating the announcement, and will also be included in the early access privileges and inside information leading up the the summer BETA launch of the VERSES GIA (General Intelligent Agent) personal AI assistant on KOSM OS. There will be 200 POAPs available, and they will be distributed by Denise Holt and team in the form of individual QR codes on a POAP Kiosk.

This POAP represents the exchange of NFT gifts with members of our NFT Goddesses community to celebrate the end of the year 2022.

The NFT Goddesses gathered to create a collection 100 percent non profit to raise funds for Ukraine. We chose to donate the funds to @unchainfund. The NFT Goddesses is a strong community of women artists that have already collaborated several times to create collections.
