After many years of progress and a lengthy approval process, Spot Ethereum Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) opened for trading on July 23, 2024. The SEC approved eight ETFs, including the Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust (ETH), Franklin Ethereum ETF (EZET), VanEck Ethereum ETF (ETHV), Bitwise Ethereum ETF (ETHW), 21Shares Core Ethereum ETF (CETH), Fidelity Ethereum Fund (FETH), BlackRock's (BLK) iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHA) and the Invesco Galaxy Ethereum ETF (QETH). Funds raised from this POAP will go to Aestus. The Aestus MEV-Boost Relay is a neutral, non-censoring relay, which emerged from conversations between members of the EthFinance and EthStaker communities who see the need to develop credibly neutral architecture for the Ethereum staking ecosystem. We met at EthDenver 2024! How many other events will we exchange POAPs?

Some people daydream of sandy beaches and cold cocktails. Others calculate how much time a $100 increase in ETH’s price will buy them. Hodlercon asks, Why not both? In November 2024 Ethereum aficionados will convene in Phuket, Thailand, to unwind with a decentralized vacation. Right on the heels of Devcon 7 in Bangkok, it’ll be a laidback family event with informal discussion and a priority on enjoying ourselves. The first Hodlercon, Hawaii 2022, grew out of a need for hope in the depths of the 2019/2020 bear market. A cadre of redditors in r/ethfinance swore they’d meet on the beaches of Hawaii if ETH’s price recovered to its previous all time high. It did, all the way to $4,850, and the following June a bunch of awesome people from around the world had a blast singing karaoke despite ETH’s price simultaneously tanking below $1,000 for the last* time.
