On November 22nd, 2021, Pace Gallery will launch its very first dedicated NFT platform featuring a second suite of NFTs from Lucas Samaras’s XYZ Chinoiserie series. Like Samaras’s digital works presented by the gallery earlier this year, these NFTs will be accompanied by a corresponding 11 x 17-inch physical framed print. Each framed print will feature a QR code that links to stream of consciousness texts written by the artist. On Wednesday, October 27th the first Ethereum Beacon Chain Network Upgrade will happen. Altair is scheduled to go live at epoch 74240 – Oct 27, 2021, 10:56:23am UTC. See the Altair Mainnet Announcement for details on who, how, and why. If you run a validator on the beacon chain, you must upgrade before the Altair upgrade epoch or else you will experience downtime penalties.
