The workshop “STRATIFICAZIONI DEL PAESAGGIO E DELLO SPAZIO NEL WEB 3.0 Arte, architettura e nuove forme di interazione” was focused on the concept of space in physical, augmented or virtual reality. It was organised by Professor Anna Laura Palazzo, Chair of the PhD Board “Architecture, City, Landscape” at University of Roma Tre and by Professor Elena Battaglini responsible of the PhD course on “Method and Techniques of Socio-Territorial Analysis for Urban Design”. During the event took place an open dialogue between MetaBrera, Metagate and FLO three heterogeneous realities engaged in various experiments on the subject of blockchain, metaverse and architectural design of urban landscapes. The lesson investigated new ways of accessing and interacting with public space and possible future urban dynamics, generating ideas and reflections about the new technological environments of the web3. For this event, a mixed reality exhibition entitled "ARGILETUM un viaggio dalle stratificazioni del passato al metaverso" was organised. The central theme was the concept of historical and spatial stratification. The mixed reality environment animated and modified the perception of reality in which the viewer had a different, fluid and authentic experience. The exhibited artists were: Emanuele Dascanio, Matteo Mauro, Fabiola Sangineto, Marcello Baldari, Dvrk and You.
workshop APPLICAZIONI DELLA TECNOLOGIA BLOCKCHAIN, approfondimento su criptovalute e NFT
2023-02-17
Sara Calandra - Master's thesis of "Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera" of Milan 2021-2022

MetaBrera is my thesis project and it represents not just the first academic baseline about didactic, pedagogic and cultural development related to NFT and Crypto Art in Italy, but it is also the first "group" that maintains contacts with institutions outside the University sphere. The thesis concerns the most modern topic of art, such as the use of NFT in the artistic field. It employs a critical insight and it focuses on each artist, rather than highlighting the Crypto field itself; it shows how this new "mean" can be employed for the benefit of someone's own creativity. This POAP will be distributed in our virtual gallery in the metaverse "OVER the reality ". Collect the 4 POAP on the MetaBrera theses to get more utilities!
