In 2013, Coconut Sunday won Thailand’s biggest national music contest, Chang Music contest season 3. In 2014, Pa-Wung [Day Dream], the first single released in 2012, got the band attention from a group of Japanese music event organisers and took the band to perform at Live House’D Osaka Japan, which was their first opportunity to play abroad and thus inspired the start of writing and recording international songs. The band's debut album, “When the night seems so long,” was released in December 2017 and the band was nominated for the 29th Season Awards for a best new artist.
