We want to invite people to “Touch the Torch” to claim a POAP, and attach Moments in the form of pictures, to the POAP. On Tuesday 12th November at DC7, we carried out the ETH•TORCH ritual, passing the Eth values from Bogotá to Bangkok 🦄🔥 This simbolic ritual gathers the communities from Colombia DC6 and SEA DC7 around the values of Ethereum that the torch aims to immortalize. The ETH•TORCH is a DIP proposal that was approved for DC7. The torch was exhibited at the SEA HUB during all of Devcon, as a symbol of unity.

This POAP is in honor of the second time in a row the Open-Source Orchestra has coordinated a music space at DEVCON open for permission-less collaboration. The first was DEVCON LATAM and now DEVCON SEA.

This POAP is awarded to all participants of the 2023 Blockchain in Banking Workshop organized by MEST Africa in collaboration with Absa Bank Ghana to train developers in Smart Contract Programming.
