Ethereum Mainnet Shapella Fork Livestream POAP

Friday Mar 10, 2023 is a very significant day in the history of Bankless, it marks the day we set sail into the realm of web3 fully. We are migrating off of a publishing platform (Substack) and self hosting a platform for equipping people along their Crypto Journey. As a top crypto media company with well over a quarter of a million subscribers, we are locking this down only to existing verified users prior to the launch.

This POAP will be issued to anyone who was operating their own Ethereum staking node, either as a solo staker or as a Rocket Pool node operator, as of the time of the merge. The first use of this POAP will be to vote on an art style for a non-transferrable NFT which will be issued to node operators. The Graphtronauts Community have helped onboard many delegators into the The Graph Network. Regardless of if you have been a Delegator for 18 months or 18 Minutes, this is for all community members to celebrate this milestone. The Ethereum Mainnet merged with the Beacon Chain proof-of-stake network on September 15, 2022. This marks the end of proof-of-work for Ethereum and a full transition to proof-of-stake. This historic upgrade is projected to reduce the Ethereum network's energy consumption by over 99% and sets the stage for future upgrades to further scale the Ethereum network. Holders of this POAP were there to witness the Ethereum Mainnet Merge with the rest of the community and signaled their support to the core developers of this enormous undertaking by sending roughly $10 of ETH to the Protocol DAO, directly funding protocol contributors.
