The concept of Lw3 is centered around investors and managers rethinking their relationships with conferences. In a world where both are “monetized” by the existing conference circuit, Lw3 seeks to invert this model by providing unprecedented transparency. LPs and GPs will be considered stakeholders and should feel they own every aspect of Lw3. The goal will be maximizing the utility of the events over ego or profit, with a strong focus on community and education over traditional marketing techniques.
