In February, 2024 darkness had seemingly swept over the Rocket Pool community. The RPL-ETH ratio had fallen to <0.009 and sentiment was at a low point in #trading. But in early March hope arose again following a successful Rocket Pool Denver Lift-Off event at ETH Denver, further tokenomics discussion in the community, and rumors that the upcoming Houston upgrade could bring institutional stakers into the mix. The ratio rose above 0.009 once again on March 5th, 2024. This POAP was distributed to members of the Rocket Pool community that self-identified as "ratio survivors" in early March, 2024.

This POAP was issued by RPLgrime to NFT traders and collectors that were around to watch the multi-million dollar exploit of the Opensea contract. Rumors bounced around Discord and Twitter while contract revoking sites became overwhelmed: 1. Opensea NFT Migration contract has an exploit 2. X2Y2 NFT Listing contract is the real exploit 3. An Opensea phishing email is to blame 4. The hacker had deployed a contract 4 years ago and another 28 days ago which demonstrates a long known exploit with a framework being built for the heist. 5. ???
