This POAP will be issued to anyone who was operating their own Ethereum staking node, either as a solo staker or as a Rocket Pool node operator, as of the time of the merge. The first use of this POAP will be to vote on an art style for a non-transferrable NFT which will be issued to node operators. This week is beta testing week for the new Signer.is tool! The tool is designed to allow you to sign a message (not transaction) with your crypto wallet, and to share the cryptographic signature easily using a sharable link. Your job as a beta tester: try it out, and perhaps even try to break it a little 🙉

The first POAP Curation Community call was held in the POAP discord on 2022-01-14, hosted by superphiz, Colfax Selby, Defi Dude, Tap.eth, and Mister Mojo. We had a great discussion that included profwerder and DrMalachi.

This POAP was issued on January 7th 2022 (Epoch timestamp: 1641560400) in commemoration of Joe Clapis becoming a full-time employee of Rocket Pool. Joe started his journey in 2021 as one of us, the degens in #trading. This POAP was distributed to all those that congratulated Joe in celebration of his first full day on the job. We hope this means he will be able to use both hemispheres of his brain on all things Ethereum.
